**Shipping Policy**

Thank you for selecting Galore Life Extensions!

We ask that your billing and shipping addresses match. Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Make sure the billing address you provide aligns with your bank card to prevent payment issues. If you see a pending transaction after a decline, it will be removed, indicating a payment attempt was made.

1. **Processing, Shipping, and Handling Times**

Processing usually takes 5-7 business days for your order to ship. This occurs Monday through Friday; any orders placed on Friday will be processed the next business day. Express Shipping typically takes 3-4 business days, while Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping ranges from 5-7 business, depending on your location. International Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.

**When will my tracking number be updated?**

After you receive your tracking email, shipping updates will be available within 24 hours. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 days of your order, contact customer service at 832-402-209.

3. **Can I modify my order?**

To ensure timely delivery, all orders are processed daily, and modifications cannot be made once payment is finalized**Return Policy**

**Can I return my order?**

Yes, we accept returns for unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) of receipt. While we take pride in our low return rates due to our product quality, we understand that returns or exchanges may be needed. We are happy to facilitate returns and exchanges for hair extensions that remain unopened, unworn, andampered.

We are not responsible for any changes made by stylists outside of "Galore Life Extensions." Please contact us at 832-402-2092 during business hours within seven (7) day return window before returning your items. All products must be back unopened in their original, undamaged packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the Galore Life seal is broken.

2. **When can I expect my refund?**

A refund, excluding the initial shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method once we inspect and confirm that the returned hair extensions are unopened and the seal is intact. Refunds are generally processed within 24-48 hours.

3. **Can I exchange my order?**

Yes, exchanges are allowed within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Galore Life seal must remain intact, and the hair should not be unwrapped, combed, brushed, or altered in any way. If the hair has been altered, it will be sent back to you.

Please include a note with your order number and reason for the return inside the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, and we recommend using a tracking number for your return shipment.
